SHIPPING/COLLECTION INFORMATION

You can choose to collect your online order directly from me in Ballingarry, just select the 'Collect' option at check out and I will contact you to confirm a collection slot.

Tracked delivery in Ireland is via An Post and costs €5.95 for items weighing up to 10kg. Bulky items and ones weighing over 10kg cost €12 to deliver.

Standard delivery orders are usually despatched within 24 hours. Orders placed over weekends will be sent out on Mondays. International deliveries not currently available.

RETURNS

I hope you really love your order from Old School House Living. However, if you decide you would like to return your item or it arrives and is damaged or faulty please contact me by email at info@oldschoolhouseliving.ie within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be received within 14 days of receiving your request for a return. You are responsible for the cost of returning your items (unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or the incorrect item has been received). I recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as Old School House Living cannot be responsible for lost parcels. Once the return is received your refund will be processed.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item I will send out a replacement to you as soon as possible. In some cases you may be asked to return the damaged item or provide photographic evidence. Please do not dispose of damaged or faulty items or their packaging unless advised to do so. For all damaged or faulty items requiring a refund the full cost of your order including postage will be refunded.
